Terms of Sale & Use

These terms govern your purchase and use of Undaunt (the "Product"), sold by Hayes Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). By buying or using the Product, you agree to them. Questions: christian@hayeslabs.io.

1. What you're buying

A license to use one or more Undaunt kits, delivered as a private web page that runs in your browser. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are one-time. There is no subscription.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the kits you bought for your own conversations. You may copy, edit, and send the scripts as your own words. You may not resell, republish, or share the Product, its access link, or its content library, or offer it to others as a service.

3. Not professional advice

Undaunt is a communication and preparation tool. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or investment advice, and using it doesn't create any professional relationship. Market figures and suggested asks are general illustrations. You are responsible for your own decisions, for checking the laws and contracts that apply to you, and for consulting a qualified professional when needed.

4. No guarantee of results

Negotiation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We don't promise any raise, discount, savings, or offer, and we're not responsible for how another party responds.

5. Honest use

Use the Product honestly. The scripts are designed around true information; don't use them to misrepresent facts such as competing offers or quotes.

6. Access and availability

Your access link is private; please don't share it. We work to keep the Product available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. If you lose your link, email us with your receipt.

8. Intellectual property

The Product, including its text, design, code, and the Undaunt name and logo, belongs to Hayes Labs LLC. Other names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
