Hayes Labs LLC ("we") runs Undaunt. Undaunt is built to collect as little as possible.
What stays on your device
Everything you type into an Undaunt kit, including names, salaries, prices, and notes, is processed in your browser and saved only in your browser's local storage on that device. We never receive it. You can clear it anytime with the "Clear this form" button or by clearing your browser's site data.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your payment details and email under its privacy policy. We receive the order details Stripe provides to sellers, such as your name, email, amount, and the product purchased, and we use them only to provide the Product, support, and refunds, and for our tax and accounting records.
No tracking
Our pages don't use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Children
Undaunt isn't directed to children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the order information we hold by emailing christian@hayeslabs.io. Records we're legally required to keep, such as tax records, may be retained.
