Refund Policy

We want Undaunt to be genuinely useful. If it isn't, we'll make it right.

14-day refund

If you're not satisfied, email christian@hayeslabs.io within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe. Your bank typically shows them within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Because the Product is digital and delivered instantly, purchases older than 14 days aren't refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a duplicate charge or a technical problem we can't fix.
