What exactly do I get?
A private web app for each kit you buy. You answer a few questions (your offer, your bill, your car), and Undaunt fills your names and numbers into a library of ready-to-send scripts, gives you a step-by-step plan and checklist, and opens Call Mode, a full-screen companion that shows you what to say next during the real conversation.
Is this an AI chatbot?
No. Undaunt runs no AI model. The scripts and conversation paths are a fixed, carefully edited library, and your details are filled into them on your device. You get the same tested wording every time, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Is my information private?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser. Your answers are saved only on your device (in your browser's local storage), and there are no accounts and no uploads. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
How do I get access after I pay?
Right after checkout you're taken to your private kit page. Bookmark it: it's your permanent access link. Stripe also emails you a receipt. If you ever lose the link, email christian@hayeslabs.io with your receipt and we'll resend it.
What if they say something that isn't in Call Mode?
Each path covers the replies people most commonly hear, and every path ends in a calm close. If you hear something new, you can always say: “Let me think about that and get back to you.” Then use the matching email script.
Could negotiating cost me the offer?
There's no guarantee either way, but the scripts are deliberately polite, specific, and enthusiastic, which is how recruiters say they expect counters to sound. The kit also helps you set a private walk-away number before you ask.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. Undaunt is a communication tool: scripts, checklists, and practice. It doesn't tell you which financial products to choose, and it isn't a substitute for a lawyer or financial professional.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works on any modern phone, tablet, or computer, and Call Mode is designed to be held in one hand during a call.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once. There are no renewals and nothing to cancel.
